An inquiry starts the conversation

Sending Get Started details is a request for Clearshot to review your project. It does not reserve a date, sign a service agreement, or authorize a payment. Clearshot reviews availability, selected services, hours, and any special requirements before confirming a booking.

Services and estimates

Photo, video, and music are $300 per hour for each selected service. Photo includes 30 edited photographs per booked photography hour. Video includes 30 seconds of finished video per booked video hour. Music covers the agreed sound and music setup for its booked hours. Only services included in your final proposal are booked.

Website estimates help you plan. Your final proposal states the coverage, deliverables, total, and any separately agreed travel or additional services. No additional tax is added to the displayed service estimate.

Booking and payment plans

A minimum $500 booking payment is credited toward the total. The remaining balance can be divided into monthly installments, with the full balance due one calendar month before the event. Exact dates and amounts are set out in your proposal; short-notice bookings need an individual payment schedule. Available payment methods are shown on the secure payment page. An inquiry or installment schedule does not itself authorize automatic withdrawals.

Website content and outside links

Photographs, films, branding, and other material on this site are presented to show Clearshot’s work and services. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse or sell that material. A client’s rights to delivered work are described in their service agreement. External galleries, maps, social pages, and payment services have their own terms.
