Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we receive the contact details, project type, selected services and coverage, event date or date-to-be-determined choice, locations, notes, referral source, and communication preferences you enter. If you include a second client, only provide their details with their permission.

We use these details to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, plan your project, and maintain the related client record. The inquiry form does not ask for payment-card details or bank-account information.

Inquiries and project messages

Sending an inquiry asks Clearshot to respond about that project. The optional text-message checkbox records your choice about project updates by text; choosing not to opt in does not prevent an inquiry. Message frequency varies with your project, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact carlos@clearshot.co for help or to change your communication preferences.

Browser storage and technical information

Get Started keeps an unfinished inquiry in your browser’s session storage so you can move between steps or refresh without starting over. It also stores an inquiry identifier to help avoid duplicate submissions. The saved draft is cleared after a successful submission; you can also clear site data using your browser settings.

A submission includes the page address, submission time, inquiry identifier, and browser/device information used to process the request and diagnose delivery problems. Website hosts and embedded services also receive the connection information needed to deliver their content, such as an IP address and browser request information.

Services used by this website

Clearshot uses HighLevel/LeadConnector for the website and inquiry records. The site loads Google Fonts and Google Maps, externally hosted photographs and video, and Pixieset galleries. Embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technology. External links and embedded content are subject to their providers’ privacy practices and your browser settings.

You can read the HighLevel privacy policy and Google privacy policy for those services. Blocking cookies or embedded content in your browser may change how maps, galleries, or other features appear.

Questions and changes

Contact carlos@clearshot.co to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or update your contact preferences. Clearshot will respond about the request and any records that need to remain connected to an active project or completed transaction. This page will be updated when the website’s inquiry practices change.
