Born and raised in the 505, Carlos leads with faith, grit, and a deep love for serving humans. He’s a husband and father who spends his days grilling in the backyard, and supporting his local church. Most weekends you’ll find him leading worship — or posted up at a New Mexico spot that serves red or green.
Ashley Silva

She’s a nurse with a quiet strength, a heart for people, and a faith that shapes the way she lives. Her days are filled with caring — for patients, and for her family. She’s the kind of woman who brings peace into the room without saying a word, and joy into the chaos with just a glance. Whether she’s on shift or at home, she carries herself with grace, and a deep love for the life she’s building — one prayer, one patient, one moment at a time.
Josiah Murdoch

Born in Sunny Florida and raised in New Mexico, Josiah brings a heart for people and a passion for storytelling to every shoot. Whether he’s behind the camera or striking up a conversation, he’s all about connection. He serves faithfully at his local church and loves getting creative with both photo and video to capture the moments that matter most. ​
Jared Russell

From a young age Jared has loved building and creating. He also loves connecting with people- and his work at Clearshot allows him to merge these passions, collaborating with people to help them craft and execute their vision.
Keegan Brotton
Team member
Keegan has always been drawn to tech — from drones to cameras to streamlined workflows. At Clearshot, he combines that with a love for storytelling, helping clients bring their vision to life with clarity and precision. He holds a Part 107 drone certificate and has a growing focus on real estate media.
